If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your product within 30 days of purchasing the product (in original condition with tags).

Refunds:
Refunds can be processed for the customer who made the original purchase to the original Paypal Account or credit/debit card. Hottiebaubles.com does not refund or credit customer for shipping & handling. COD returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned package.
